used?<\/p>\n<p class=\"ent-editorial-question\">What evidence supports it?<\/p>\n<p class=\"ent-editorial-question\">May it be exposed outside the organisation?<\/p>\n<p>Retrieval is one part of the system.<\/p>\n<p>Trust requires an earlier layer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section class=\"ent-editorial ent-editorial--soft\" RAG, an agent or an assistant, there is a knowledge question<\/h2><p>Connecting a model to documents does not automatically turn those documents into a reliable source of knowledge.<\/p><\/div><div can retain the content while losing the conditions that limited its use.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ent-rag-principle\"><p>That is why we work on the layer that defines what knowledge exists and which rules must accompany it before other systems consume it.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"ent-rag-uses\"><p>The infrastructure can support or coexist with:<\/p><ul generative systems is one specific application of this same problem.<\/p>\n<p>When ChatGPT, Gemini or other systems reconstruct an organisation from public information, they may reduce its services, merge entities, lose distinctions or use sources that no longer represent the company correctly.<\/p>\n<p>In small organisations, that problem can be addressed through a specific AI visibility and GEO
