Conditions prior to any reuse<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A generative system cannot reuse information directly and indiscriminately.<br \/>\nBefore any evaluation, selection or synthesis, <strong>minimum conditions of operational existence<\/strong> of knowledge must be met.<\/p>\n<p>These conditions do not depend on the query.<br \/>\nThey define <strong>what can enter the process<\/strong>, not what will be chosen next.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"21_Existence_of_explicit_knowledge\"><\/span>2.1 Existence of explicit knowledge<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The system does not operate on content in an editorial sense.<br \/>\nIt operates on <strong>explicit knowledge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For information to be reusable, it must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have its own meaning outside its original context<\/li>\n<li>be able to be formulated as a definition, framework or autonomous explanation<\/li>\n<li>do not depend on narrative, tone, persuasive intent or layout<\/li>\n<li>maintain your intention even if it fragments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Implicit knowledge (that which requires human context, interpretation or inference) <strong>is not reusable in a stable way<\/strong> and is outside the operational process<\/p>\n<p>When this condition is not met, there is no subsequent \u201crejection\u201d:<br \/>\nthe system <strong>cannot operate<\/strong> on what does not exist explicitly.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"22_Delimitation_and_semantic_stability\"><\/span>2.2 Delimitation and semantic stability<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Reuse requires <strong>clear edges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To be operable, the knowledge must explicitly state:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what is it<\/li>\n<li>what it is not<\/li>\n<li>to what extent it applies<\/li>\n<li>where it stops applying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A concept without defined boundaries introduces ambiguity.<br \/>\nAmbiguity prevents consistent reuse.<\/p>\n<p>Since the Shymow framework, semantic stability is a technical requirement, not an editorial one.<br \/>\nKnowledge that changes without a declared version breaks traceability and is no longer deterministically reusable.<\/p>\n<p>Evolution is possible, but only if it is <strong>explicit and governed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Identification_of_the_theme_and_semantic_framing\"><\/span>3.
