SEO with judgement, not by routine
SEO service for businesses
Hiring an SEO service is not about accumulating tasks or chasing isolated rankings. It is about deciding what prevents the pages that represent your offer from being found and understood better in search engines, and what deserves investment first.
That decision affects a part of your company that took years to build: how it is presented and understood when someone searches for a solution like yours. Shymow takes that responsibility seriously. We work on SEO when the issue is on the website: crawling, indexing, architecture, commercial pages, content and improvement priorities.
Before we start
When an SEO service makes sense
Not every business needs the same thing. Sometimes the issue is a website that Google cannot crawl or interpret well. At other times, pages do not answer a clear commercial intent. There may also be existing content that does not help explain or surface what the business actually offers.
An SEO service makes sense when there is a specific opportunity to improve how the website is found, understood and prioritised in search engines. If the problem calls for different work, we do not label it SEO simply to sell more.
A scope you can review
What hiring SEO from Shymow can include
Hiring SEO does not mean buying a fixed list of tasks. The scope is defined for the project. These are possible areas of work, not a promise that every one will automatically be included each month.
| Area of work | What is decided or improved |
|---|---|
| Crawling, indexing and technical foundations | Identify obstacles that prevent search engines from accessing, interpreting or prioritising relevant pages. |
| Architecture, intent and website positioning | Decide which page should answer each commercial need and which content competes, duplicates or is missing. |
| Commercial pages and existing content | Improve clarity, structure, metadata and coverage where a page already deserves to be found. |
| Markets, languages and location | Determine whether the project needs local, national or international SEO and what complexity that adds. It is included only when it fits and is agreed in the scope. |
| Measurement and priorities | Review what deserves attention, what should wait and how to check whether technical and editorial improvements have been applied. |
The difference is not a longer list: it is turning priorities into a scope you can review before you engage.
We do not include unlimited development, undefined editorial production, link buying, UX redesign, CRO, reputation work or international expansion by routine. If one of those interventions adds value, it is defined and budgeted separately.
How we work
How we work on your company website positioning
- 01
We understand what is limiting visibility
We review the problem you want to solve, the pages and markets involved, and the information we need to decide whether SEO is the right response.
- 02
We prioritise what deserves investment
Not everything has the same urgency or impact. We define priorities before filling the project with tasks, reports or content that do not change a decision.
- 03
We define scope, responsibilities and continuity
The engagement may require SEO direction, coordination, implementation of improvements or ongoing work. Before we start, we make clear what Shymow will do, what your team needs to do, what is out of scope and how it will be reviewed.
SEO pricing, rates and budget
A clear starting point. A scope that is not pretended to be final.
The SEO engagement starts from €1,250 per month + VAT, with initial activation from €1,500 + VAT.
We do not work from a closed price list or packages that appear to include everything. Activation is the initial phase for defining the SEO problem, reviewing the starting information and setting priorities we can properly take on.
The monthly engagement supports the direction, coordination or implementation agreed for that project. Before starting, we confirm in writing the scope, applicable fee, what Shymow will do, what your team needs to do and what is budgeted separately.
The final budget depends on real factors: website size and condition, markets and languages, technical complexity and the volume of work that makes sense. If the project requires development, additional editorial production, external publication or a complex expansion, it is assessed with its own scope and budget.
SEO, GEO and knowledge infrastructure
Which problem each intervention addresses
Shymow specialises in knowledge infrastructure for AI systems. Its main activity is helping organisations define, structure, govern and represent complex knowledge in a clear, verifiable and reusable way.
Not every problem calls for the same intervention. When the challenge is in the digital foundation, the website, its pages and the information that search engines need to find, the SEO service can be engaged independently with a defined scope.
| When the challenge is in… | Shymow can work with… |
|---|---|
| Information, decisions and processes that an organisation needs to keep clear, verifiable and reusable when working with AI systems. | Knowledge infrastructure for AI systems. |
| The website: which pages are found, understood and prioritised in search engines. | SEO service. |
| How AI systems represent, reduce, confuse or omit information that matters to a company. | GEO and AI visibility. |
The three interventions can be related, but they do not replace one another.
Local SEO in Barcelona and remote projects
A local label does not replace analysis.
If you are looking for SEO in Barcelona, the starting question is still the same: what does your business need for its relevant pages to compete for searches that matter? Local context can change research, architecture and priorities, but it does not justify an automatic solution or a flat fee.
We can also assess remote projects where there is a fit. What matters is not forcing a local, national or international label, but defining the market, dependencies and work that is actually needed.
